Ellen Eide Kislal is currently the VP of Data Science at Fidelity Investments, a position held since 2025. They are also the founder of MIMLabs AI, which provides consulting on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Previously, Ellen served as President at the Medical Image Mining Laboratories from 2009 to 2013, and as a Senior Research Scientist at Pryon from 2018 to 2025. Their extensive experience includes roles at IBM as a Research Staff Member from 1995 to 2009 and as a Staff Member at BBN Technologies from 1991 to 1995. Ellen earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1993 and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Kansas.
