Eric Lussen

SVP, Business Development at Fidelity

Eric Lussen is a senior vice president of business development within the Asset Management Solutions division at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals. The Fidelity Asset Management Solutions division is an integrated investment, distribution, and client service organization dedicated to meeting the unique needs of the institutional marketplace. In this role, Mr. Lussen is responsible for new business development and relationship management activities. His primary focus is on mid-sized institutions, including pension sponsors, endowments, and foundations. Prior to assuming his current position in 2018, Mr. Lussen served in a number of institutional capacities at Fidelity, primarily working with defined contribution plan sponsors and advisors on defined contribution plan design, administration and investment selection. Before focusing on the institutional retirement marketplace, Mr. Lussen worked in a variety of strategy and finance roles at Fidelity Investments. He has been in the financial industry since joining Fidelity in 1998. Mr. Lussen earned his bachelor of science degree in accounting and management information systems from Boston College, his masters of science in investment management from Boston University, and his master of business administration degree in marketing and general management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
