Erica Bacon

Erica Bacon serves as the Head of Planning and Operations at Fidelity Investments, leading initiatives within the Strategy Consulting Division and Corporate Business Development since October 2021. In addition, Erica is the Founder and CEO of Pink Robin and holds an advisory role at DATA FLOSS. Previous experience includes Vice President of Fleet Operations at Gravity, Chief Operations Officer at Volvo Car Mobility, and General Manager at both Chariot and EAT Club. Erica's career began at UniFirst Corporation, where multiple leadership roles were undertaken. Erica is an alumnus of Cornell University, Penn State University, and has completed executive education programs at Kellogg, MIT Sloan, and thePower, while actively participating in initiatives promoting leadership among women in business.
