Erin Becknell

Erin Becknell has accumulated extensive experience in client relations, management, and training across various industries. Currently serving as a Client Relationship Consultant and holding the title of Managing Director at Fidelity Investments since April 2013, Erin has also contributed as a Workgroup Lead and Client Service Administrator. Prior to this, Erin worked at CoreLogic as a Quality Analyst, trainer, and operations supervisor, focusing on improving quality in the property tax department. Experience as a Property Manager at Shurgard/Metro Self Storage involved comprehensive store management, marketing, and customer relations. Earlier roles included serving as a substitute teacher for Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD and various positions at California Pizza Kitchen, where training and customer service skills were honed. Additionally, as a Professional Youth Director at Oakhurst Presbyterian Church, Erin led youth programs, events, and fundraising initiatives. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of North Texas and an Associate's degree in Humanities from Tarrant County College.
