Erin Burns

Erin Burns is the current head of Institutional DC On-Platform Investment Sales at Fidelity. Erin has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Erin started their career at Nikko in February 1997 as a salesperson for Fixed Income. After a year and a half, they moved to JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services as a Vice President and Defined Contribution Investment Strategist. Erin stayed there for over 15 years, until they left in May 2013 to join Fidelity. In their current role, they are responsible for institutional sales of on-platform investments to support Fidelity's growth in the DC market.

Erin Burns completed their undergraduate degree at Northern Arizona University's W. A. Franke College of Business. Erin is currently pursuing their MBA at the same school.

They are on a team with David Algaze - SVP, New Business Development, Laura Keenan - Chief Sustainability Officer, and Sanjiv Mirchandani - President, Fidelity Clearing and Custody Solutions.
