Fred Bishop

Fred Bishop has over 36 years of experience in the financial services and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Squad Leader for IVR and Integration Platforms at Fidelity Investments since August 1996. In this role, Fred is a Product Manager for enterprise Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications and AI-integrated IVR solutions, specializing in automated authentication technologies such as voice biometrics. Prior positions at Fidelity include leadership roles in Digital Voice and Natural Language Processing, managing voice-enabled applications and enhancing customer experience through automated phone channels. Fred's earlier experience includes significant operational roles and customer support at NCR Corporation and Fidelity Investments. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from NHTI, Concord's Community College.
