Gary Gasdia

Gary Gasdia is currently the Vice President and Group Chapter Leader of Delivery Enablement at Fidelity Investments, where they inspire and mentor leaders across multiple domains in the Brokerage business unit to enhance operational excellence. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Fidelity, including Director of Trading and Agile Coach, where they drove strategic initiatives and led teams in adopting agile methodologies. Earlier in their career, Gary worked as an Auditor for State Street Bank & Trust Co. and as a Financial Planning Consultant at John Hancock Financial Services. Gary earned an MBA from the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell and a BS in Finance from Bentley University.
