Gene Rubenstein

Gene Rubenstein served as the Head of HR Shared Services, Compensation, and Benefits at Fidelity Investments from 2015 to 2024, overseeing the Global Payroll and HR Shared Service Center. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2024, they held the role of Head of Workplace Platforms & Digital Solutions, leading various platforms for Fidelity's Workplace Investing business. Their experience also includes senior leadership positions in Workplace Investing Shared Services and Strategy and Planning, where they were responsible for strategy development and risk management. Gene holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bryant University and a Master's degree in Taxation from Bentley University.
