Geoff Meester

Geoff Meester, Ph.D., is the Head of Advisor Scale and Channel Optimization, leading a team focused on enhancing the efficiency of advisor-client interactions through advanced analytics and automation. Previously, they held several significant roles at Fidelity Investments, including Vice President of Retail Brokerage Sales Operations, where they drove substantial increases in sales flows and efficiency. With experience as a Managing Director at TD Ameritrade, Geoff managed teams in data analytics and marketing research, implementing machine learning solutions to optimize client engagement. They earned a Ph.D. in Systems Analysis and Modeling from the University of Miami, where they also completed a Master of Science in Operations Research.
