Gil Millares

Gil Millares is a strategy and transformation leader with over 10 years of experience in driving growth and unlocking value through digital and business transformation for global organizations. They began their career as a management consultant at Deloitte in Mexico City and subsequently held key roles at companies such as Fidelity, DuPont, and McDonald's. Currently a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager at Fidelity Investments, Gil also serves as the founder of SplitMove, an app designed to streamline residential transitions. They hold an MBA from Boston University and a BSc in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad Panamericana.
