Gina Bennett

Gina Bennett is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in compensation, talent acquisition, and strategic HR consulting. Currently serving as Director of Compensation and Director of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments since February 2007, Gina provides strategic consulting and talent management for senior leadership within technology groups, overseeing a workforce of over 1,200 associates. Gina's expertise includes succession planning, leadership training, and talent strategy, along with managing the BU Leap college hiring program, which recruits over 240 new employees and interns annually. Previously, Gina worked at Credit Suisse as a Senior Corporate Technology Recruiter, where responsibilities included establishing the recruiting department for a new office and managing various operational recruitment needs. Gina holds a Master’s degree in Textiles and a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Management from North Carolina State University.
