Ginny Smith

Ginny Smith is a Skills Readiness Director focused on developing, implementing, and leading strategies for the evolution and optimization of skills-based roles. Previously, they held positions including Senior Business Analyst and Senior Program Manager at Fidelity Investments, where they contributed to HR and Payroll Tools, and led talent development programs. They have a strong background in project management and human resources, and are a certified Scrum Master. Ginny is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at North Carolina State University.
