Grace Kiem

Grace Kiem is the Head of HR for Stock Plan Services and Emerging Businesses at Fidelity Investments. Previously, Kiem participated in the General Management Apprenticeship Program at Fidelity, where they implemented company-wide practices and led change management strategies. Their experience also includes various roles in college relations, where they developed recruitment strategies and managed campus events for Fidelity. Kiem's earlier career includes a position in talent acquisition at Procter & Gamble.
