Guy Pickering

Guy Pickering is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience at Fidelity Investments, where roles have included Head of Financial Crimes Technology and Head of Data and Analytics Technology. With a strong background in managing large-scale technology projects, Guy has successfully led initiatives such as establishing multi-million dollar data warehouses and advancing analytics capabilities for compliance and risk management. Prior to Fidelity, Guy gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer and Team Leader at Redifon MEL Ltd, and as a Research Associate focused on image compression at Hughes Rediffusion Simulation. Guy holds a first-class honors degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
