Hagan Otto, CFP®, is a Senior Manager of CRM Segment Enablement at Fidelity Investments, where they previously served as a Planning Consultant. Hagan gained valuable experience in wealth management as an intern at Bank of New Hampshire and held various roles at Fidelity Investments, including Customer Relationship Advocate and Personal Investments Intern, where they analyzed operational data to enhance performance.
