Hank Erbe

Hank Erbe is currently the Head of Fidelity Enterprise Relationship Management at Fidelity Investments, a role they have held since rejoining the company in October 2020. With a career at Fidelity that began in 2012, Hank has led various initiatives across the firm’s global business units, leveraging a profound understanding of the capital markets, asset management, and banking industries. Prior to their current position, they served in leadership roles at major financial institutions including Bank of America, Lehman Brothers, and ABN AMRO Bank. Hank graduated with honors from Dartmouth College in 1984, where they were also a distinguished NCAA D-1 soccer player. They have actively contributed to various boards and are an avid sailor.
