Hao Zheng is a designer and content strategist with over 13 years of experience, currently serving as a Principal Conversation Designer at Fidelity Investments since 2023. In this role, Hao crafts intelligent, user-centered experiences for the Fidelity Assistant, focusing on the integration of LLM capabilities and conversation design.
