Heather Zion is a Project Manager on Fidelity’s Digital Assets team, specializing in leading cross-functional initiatives that balance business strategy, user needs, and emerging technologies. With a Master’s in User-Centered Design and extensive experience in consulting, Heather has successfully managed software implementations and change management efforts for various organizations, including Mendix and IBM. Previously, Heather served as Chapter President for the Society of Women Engineers, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills in promoting career development among female engineers. Currently, Heather is pursuing further education at Brandeis University.
