I-Ling W. is currently involved in Technology Strategy & Planning at Fidelity Investments, where they have held various roles since 2020, including Strategy & Planning for Advanced Process Solutions and contributions to the Financial Controls Center of Excellence. Prior to this, they worked at Ernst & Young from 2007 to 2016 in the Financial Services Office Assurance & Advisory.
