Jackie Marshall is currently the Program Lead for the Emerging Leader Program, an 18-month immersive rotational experience aimed at attracting emerging talent. Previously, Jackie held various leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, including Director of the General Management Apprentice Development Program and Emerging Leader Program Director, where they were instrumental in developing talent strategies and program content. Early in their career, Jackie served as an Area Manager at Kelly Services and later as Recruiting Manager at State Street. Jackie is dedicated to fostering professional growth and innovation among young professionals.
