James Klym

James Klym is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Fidelity Investments, where since January 2003, Klym has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Executive Decision Support, Director of Business Analytics and Metrics, and Director of Program Management. In these positions, Klym has developed executive-focused digital reporting solutions, built a skilled analytics team for centralized HR functions, and overseen business analysis initiatives related to process quality and risk management. Prior to Fidelity, Klym worked at IBM as a Staff Accountant/Supervisor of Accounting Controls, managing employee disbursement functions.
