Jeff Romm

Jeff Romm is currently the Director of Project Management at Fidelity Investments, a position held since 2020. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Implementation Manager at Empyrean Benefit Solutions from 2009 to 2020 and worked as an Implementation Manager at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from 2006 to 2009. Their career began at UnitedHealthcare, where they were an Eligibility Analyst from 1998 to 2003. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Communication and Information Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The College of New Jersey.
