With extensive experience in various roles within Fidelity, including oversight of high net worth client services and branch operations, Jessica has demonstrated a commitment to service excellence and team development. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2015, Jessica worked at Citizens Bank and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Plymouth State University. Additionally, Jessica is pursuing a Certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell University.
