Jessica Taskin

Jessica Taskin has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily with Fidelity Investments since July 2000. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Enablement & Automation, Jessica leads efforts in straight-through processing and end-to-end automation for institutional clients. Prior roles include Vice President of Service Integration, where responsibilities included evolving service models, and Senior Director of Service Integration, focusing on enhancing service experiences for clients. Additional experience includes Director of Business Project Management and Client Service Manager, emphasizing effective project management and exceptional client relations. Jessica began their career at BankBoston/FleetBoston Financial as a Customer Service Representative. Jessica is currently pursuing further education at The Wharton School.
