Jill Bourque

Jill Bourque is the Director of Program Management at Fidelity Investments and a graduate of the University of New Hampshire's class of 2013, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business Administration. Previously, Jill served as the Operations Readiness Program Manager at Fidelity Benefits Marketplace from 2020 to 2022, and worked in various roles at Fidelity Investments between 2013 and 2017, including Tax Exempt Representative II and Benefits Manager. Early in their career, Jill completed a Business Development internship at Zoe Marketing, LLC in 2012, where they generated leads and managed employee performance.
