Jillian Farrell

Jillian Farrell is an experienced strategy, design, and communications leader currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy & Planning at Fidelity Investments, where they lead design efforts focused on the enterprise-wide developer experience. Previously, Jillian spent nearly six years at IDEO, concluding as the Business Development Lead in Boston, and worked on a variety of impactful projects for clients including Converse and the US government. Jillian has also contributed to the Boston Marine Park Business Association Board of Directors and held roles at EPAM Continuum, where they focused on client engagement and human-centered innovation. Jillian earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude as Valedictorian from the University of Tampa.
