Jim Connor

Jim Connor is an experienced professional in human resources and security, currently serving as Director of Employee Relations and previously holding positions such as Sr. Director of Workplace Threat, Training and Intelligence, and Director of Global Security & Investigations at Fidelity Investments since April 2007. Prior to this, Jim held roles including Assistant Manager of the Global Security Operations Center and various positions in Corporate Security at Fidelity from 2002 to 2007. Jim's earlier experience includes working as a Corrections Officer and Drill Instructor with the State of Michigan Department of Corrections from 2000 to 2002. Educational background includes a BA in Criminal Justice Administration from Eastern Michigan University, an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Dean College, and completion of studies at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
