Joel Ost is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in relationship management, lending, and digital asset support. During tenure at SmartBiz, Joel managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio of SBA loans and conducted cash flow analyses. Subsequent roles included serving as a Lending Associate at SALT Lending, focusing on loans backed by digital assets, and managing small business loan applications as a Loan Officer for the U.S. Small Business Administration during the COVID-19 pandemic. Joel later joined Fidelity Investments as a Social Media Care Associate within Fidelity Digital Assets, assisting crypto users.
