With a legal career that includes positions as Senior Legal Counsel in both Corporate Compensation & Benefits and Workplace Investing at Fidelity, as well as experience at Thompson & Knight LLP and Dentons, John possesses a comprehensive background in ERISA compliance, executive compensation, and corporate transactions. John earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, following a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University.
