With a background as a Team Leader in Investment Solutions at Fidelity, John focused on empowering Investment Solutions Representatives and fostering a diverse, inclusive team environment. Prior to this, they served as a Sales Manager at STAR Investment Services, achieving significant revenue growth through effective coaching strategies. John also operated SCL Coaching, LLC, where they developed leaders through various mentorship programs. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and have extensive experience in leadership development, most notably at Charles Schwab.
