John Mack

John Mack is a seasoned professional in risk management and engineering services with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager at Fidelity Investments since May 2019, John previously held significant roles at Pyramid Hotel Group and the City of Indianapolis. At Pyramid Hotel Group, John was the Corporate Director of Engineering Facilities, overseeing preventive maintenance and energy management for over 30 hotel properties. While at the City of Indianapolis, John led inspection teams on development projects exceeding $2 billion and developed training programs for various stakeholders. John holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati and has degrees in Construction Engineering Management Technology and Construction Engineering Design Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis and Ivy Tech Community College, respectively.
