Joseph B.

Joseph B. is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel in the Employment Law Group at Fidelity Investments, where they have provided general employment law advice and litigation support since 2005. With over twenty-five years of experience in employment law, Joseph specializes in wage and hour compliance and employee classification under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Prior to joining Fidelity, they held positions as an associate attorney at Ropes & Gray and as a partner at Eckert Seamans. Joseph also served as the Assistant Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance, managing the employment law function across multiple subsidiaries. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor from U.C.L.A. School of Law.
