Joshwa Rybczyk

Joshwa Rybczyk is currently a Squad Leader in NAV Alts at Fidelity Investments, where they have been employed since 2020. Previously, Joshwa held the position of Senior Manager in Fund Accounting at the same company. They began their career as a Business Banking Representative at Sovereign Bank from 2002 to 2004 and served as a National Account Executive at Direct Capital Corporation from 2000 to 2002. Joshwa earned an MBA in Business Management from American InterContinental University in 2004, following a BS in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, which they completed in 2000.
