Joy Gunza

Joy Gunza has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in operations research, communications, and project management. Joy began a career at The Drackett Company from 1986 to 1993 as a Programmer Analyst and Senior Operations Research Analyst. Afterward, Joy contributed to SC Johnson Wax as a Senior Decision Support Analyst from 1993 to 1995 and later took on the role of Project Leader at Futuro Group from March 1995 to August 1997. Joy's tenure at Fidelity Investments spanned from June 2019 to March 2005, where roles included Communications Consultant, Development Manager, Senior Development Manager, Implementation Project Manager, and Service Setup Consultant. Joy's educational background includes a B.A. in Biology and Anthropology from the University of Virginia, an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business, and a high school diploma from Stone Ridge.
