Karoline Rosenberg is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and research. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Research and Co-CEO at FMR UK since June 2024, Karoline leads the research team focusing on European equities. Prior to this role, Karoline spent 17 years at Fidelity International as a Fund Manager and Equity Research Analyst, specializing in European banks and consumer stocks. Earlier experience includes an Associate position in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from 2001 to 2006. Karoline holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Economics from the University of London.
