Kathryn Rames

Kathryn Rames is a Director, Product and Service Consultant at Fidelity Investments, where they have been recognized with the Workplace Circle of Excellence Award in 2024. They previously held various positions at TIAA, culminating in the role of Director, Retirement Plan Development and Business Management from 2018 to 2019. Kathryn also worked at Empower Retirement as Manager, Client Services from 2020 to 2022, and began their career as an Agricultural Statistician at the USDA. They earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from Oregon State University.
