Kathy Pater has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having held various managerial positions at Fifth Third Bank and Fidelity Investments from 2003 to 2012. They served as HR Manager, Professional Practices Consultant, Recruiting Manager, and Corporate Recruiter, effectively aligning HR policies with organizational needs and enhancing recruitment strategies across multiple locations. In addition to managing diverse recruitment processes, Kathy partnered with senior management to address employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies. They also demonstrated leadership by coaching managers in performance management and organizing campus recruiting events.
