Katie Boyce

Katie Boyce is the Director of HR Operations and Program Management at Fidelity Investments, a position held since 2014. With a diverse background at the same company, they have worked in various roles including Senior Manager of HR Data Analytics and Insights and Manager of Compensation. Prior to their extensive career at Fidelity, Katie served as an Administrative Assistant at Taft Elementary School from 2000 to 2007.
