Katie Cohen

Katie Cohen is a seasoned financial services attorney with nearly 20 years of experience in law firms and in-house roles, specializing in mutual fund and ETF product development, regulatory, and compliance matters. Currently serving as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Fidelity Investments, Cohen leads legal initiatives for the firm’s bond, money market, and asset allocation registered fund product line. Previously, Cohen held the position of Vice President and Senior Counsel at State Street Global Advisors, where they advised on regulatory, compliance, and governance matters for mutual funds and ETFs. They have also contributed to the Boston Bar Association as Co-Chair of the Financial Services Section. Cohen earned a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
