Kelley MacDonald is currently the Vice President of Security Operations and Vice President of Strategic Programs at Fidelity Investments, roles they have held since 2020 and 2021, respectively. Prior to this, Kelley served as a Security Manager at Lockheed Martin from 2013 to 2020, overseeing the Executive Protection Program. They began their career with the United States Border Patrol as an Agent from 1998 to 2000 before transitioning to a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service, where they worked from 2000 to 2013 in several divisions, including the Presidential Protective Division. Kelley earned a degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Montana State University-Bozeman between 1993 and 1997.
