Kelli Blackmond is a VP of Software Engineering and a recipient of the 2020 Inclusive Leader Circle of Excellence. With a career spanning from 1999 to 2009, Kelli has held various roles at Fidelity Investments, including IT Project Manager and VP - Group Chapter Leader for Enterprise Digital Experiences. Kelli is also known for their commitment to diversity, having served as a mentor and in leadership roles such as Co-Lead for ASPIRE NC and the WI Tech Women’s Circle. Kelli studied Business Administration and Management at Shaw University, graduating in 2015.
