Kim Goodson

Kim Goodson, CIR, currently leads the Candidate Experience team at Fidelity Investments, where they focus on enhancing the hiring process for candidates and hiring managers. They have significant experience in talent acquisition, having previously served as Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Fidelity Investments, and as a Talent Advisor at Southeastern Grocers. Prior to their work in talent acquisition, Kim was an Inside Sales Manager at McKesson and held various roles, including Resume Writer and Career Coach since 2010. Kim's educational background includes a BA in Business Administration from Flagler College and studies in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
