Kristen Donovan, QKA, CPFA, AIF®, is currently the Senior Director of Retirement Solutions at Focus Partners, where they leverage three decades of experience in the retirement plan industry to help organizations and individuals secure brighter financial futures. Their career began with hands-on roles including recordkeeping and client relationship management, eventually evolving into leadership positions where they guide high-performing teams and develop innovative fiduciary solutions. Kristen holds a BS in Business Administration with honors from Saint Louis University and has earned multiple professional credentials including QKA, CPFA, and AIF®. They are also a registered investment advisor representative and actively participate in public speaking through the Mic Drop Club.
