They have previously held various leadership roles across notable organizations, including Liberty Mutual Insurance, Blue Cross NC, and the United States Marine Corps. Additionally, Kristin is the founder and principal coach at Leadership VITAE LLC, where they create and share frameworks to assist others in their leadership journeys.
