Lance Johnson

Lance Johnson is the Senior Vice President of Global Security Operations at Fidelity Investments, a role they have held since 2024, after serving as Vice President in the same department from 2021 to 2024. Prior to their current position, Lance was with the National Basketball Association (NBA) from 2018 to 2021, where they advanced from Director of Global Events Security to Senior Director and Lead Investigator. Their professional background also includes time with the U.S. Secret Service, where they served in various capacities from 1990 to 1996. Lance is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Criminal Justice from Virginia State University.
