Lawrence Chellappa

Lawrence Chellappa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical leadership. Currently serving as Vice President at Fidelity Investments since August 2014, Lawrence manages products within the Fund Administration portfolio and previously oversaw the Middle Office portfolio. Prior roles include Director and Senior Project Manager, leading agile teams in Chennai and Bangalore on a trade processing platform. At DST Systems, Lawrence was a Technical Lead, coordinating multiple agile teams to develop a web-based product for mutual fund representatives. Earlier roles at DST Output involved leading a development team to create secure online environments for financial documents. Lawrence began a career in software as a Programmer/Analyst with Mafatlal Consultancy Services, with educational credentials including a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering & Technology.
