Lea Griffin

Lea Griffin has extensive experience in education and learning design, beginning with a role as a Graduate Assistant at the University of West Florida from August 2009 to May 2011, where responsibilities included teaching and managing online learning content for the Anthropology and Sociology departments. Subsequently, Lea served as an Instructor/Evaluator at American Airlines from March 2013 to July 2017, leading training for flight attendants and managing significant training assets. From July 2020 to April 2022, Lea worked as a Learning Experience Designer at Fidelity Investments, focusing on creating effective learning solutions and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness. Additionally, Lea served as a Learning Experience Consultant, specializing in performance-impacting learning solutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of West Florida.
