Leslie Boyd Young

Leslie Boyd Young is currently serving as the Director of Facilities & Operations at Fidelity Investments, overseeing operations in North Carolina, Florida, and Washington, D.C. They also act as a Capstone Advisor for the Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate at Georgetown University. Previously, they held the position of Vice President and Lead Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, where they led complex business initiatives. Leslie has extensive experience in project management and strategic planning, having managed significant property portfolios and large-scale projects in prior roles. They are pursuing a master's degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and hold a bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Meredith College.
