Leticia Clough, CRPC, has extensive experience in financial education and benefits management. At Fidelity Investments from April 2008 to January 2015, Leticia served as an Investment Education Consultant, leading seminars on various financial topics and delivering webinars for financial wellness. Transitioning to the role of Virtual Education Consultant, Leticia created training materials, supported representatives, and enhanced internal communications. Prior experience includes working in Retirement Brokerage Services, educating clients on financial planning solutions. In 2015, Leticia became Benefits Manager at a Civil Engineering Company, overseeing benefits programs for over 500 employees and managing a team of specialists. Leticia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Penn Foster, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and Technology from Harvard Extension School.
