Liam Scanlan

Liam Scanlan has extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Squad Leader for Employer Digital Customer Experience at Fidelity Investments since December 2004. Previous roles at Fidelity include Director positions in Product, Marketing & Customer Experience, Technology Risk, and Business Process Transformation/Implementation Capacity Management. Prior to working at Fidelity, Liam held a managerial position at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2004 and worked as a Project Manager at both Concordant, Inc. and Alpine Computer Systems between 1999 and 2002. Liam holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
